Notes:
Emma's Birth date was extracted from an application for a Delayed Birth Certificate, North Dakota Department of Health, Education and Welfare, dated March 22, 1968.

Emma lists parents names as John Moser, Sr., and Anna Moser.

The application also shows her signature as Emma Winther, indicating her married name, as well as an A. K. Winther filling out the application. A. K. is listed as husband on the line questioning relationship to Emma.

The copy for birth certificate is noted as being used in conjunction with an application for social security benefits.

A second typewritten application for a birth certificate was also sent dated March 16th, 1982 and lists an address as P.O. Box 325, Roslyn, WA, 98941. On this application Emma lists her parents as John Moser and Anna Marie Lowenberger.

I received copies of this information from the North Dakota Department of Health in Bismarck on November 8th, 1999.

Emma was still listed as living in her brother Alfred Moser's Obituary, 2-15-1982.
